Returns and Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy

After receiving your order you have 7 days to request a return or exchange. We ask that you inspect your item(s) after they have arrived and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or if you received the wrong item.


In order to qualify for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Once your return or exchanged has been approved, the item(s) must be returned either by mail or by drop off at 176 John St, Sudbury ON within 7 days of our approval. Any returns or exchange outside of the 7 days will be denied as we are unable to confirm they will still be in new condition.


How to Return or Exchange your item(s):

  • Email us at thebareapparelcompany@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
  • If any items are damaged or defective, please include photos and a brief but detailed description of the damage. A shipping label will be emailed to you to ensure that the items are returned.
  • If the item is not as you expected, for example, you ordered the wrong colour, style or size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • If Bare Apparel made an error with the order, we will send you a return shipping label that will cover the cost of shipping, please note that you will be responsible for item drop off at the particular courier, or to arrange a pickup with the courier.
  • We can not guarantee that the item you ordered will have stock available and we will be able to do an exchange.

FINAL SALE 
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
